Public Involvement & Multi-Media Specialist

Sam is a seasoned project coordinator and videographer extraordinaire. He has been essential in the development of JLA's New Media program (3DP2) and has helped to promote and inspire a greater commitment to expand the reach of public information. Sam previously worked as Multi-Media Coordinator for Metro where he spearheaded the use of video as an outreach and engagement tool on a number of transit, long range planning, and parks and greenspaces projects. Sam has a Master of Arts in Planning from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of New Mexico with a special focus on Native American studies. He has purposefully not owned a car in a decade. Sam lives in the Buckman neighborhood with his faithful blue heeler, The Lady.
