Jessica Bull

Program Manager

Jessica coordinates a variety of public involvement projects, including stakeholder engagement, public events, communications materials, and messaging. Her background in fundraising and public affairs gives her strong experience in strategic communications and community outreach. She is a passionate advocate for robust community involvement. Jessica holds a Master of Public Administration focused on civic engagement and policy from Portland State University and a degree in journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Jessica has lived in Portland for 15 years and calls the Humboldt neighborhood home.
