Miriam Hanes

Office Manager

Miriam joined JLA in 2008 and immediately became indispensable. It is usually her cheerful voice that you hear answering the phone. Miriam (wo)mans the front desk, keeps the office organized, manages special projects, and chips in on client work when needed. She is an integral part of our team and keeps things humming along at our Portland office.

Miriam is originally out of the San Francisco Bay Area and had spent ten years in biotech and engineering publishing before moving to Portland by way of Texas. She is really into movies, with a particular interest in pre-code Hollywood. Miriam enjoys living in the Rose City Park neighborhood with her cat Michelle.
