Kristen Kibler

Project Manager 

Clients love working with Kristen. She has been with us since 1999 and we can't imagine JLA without her. She has designed and implemented community engagement programs for dozens of high-profile transportation, water resource, and land use planning projects throughout Oregon and Washington. Kristen has superior organizational and communication skills, and has extensive experience developing project strategy, managing committees, designing and facilitating public meetings, conducting stakeholder interviews, preparing public information materials, and coordinating all aspects of project management. She holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Community Development from Portland State University. Kristen lives near Rocky Butte with her husband Brent and daughter Stella.
