Jamie Harvie

Marketing and Communications Specialist

Jamie's background in project management and writing allows her to play a versatile role in JLA's projects – from juggling deadlines to creating engaging communications materials. She also enjoys strategy development, and is ever an advocate of two-way conversations and finding creative ways to foster collaboration.

Jamie grew up in rural areas of Idaho and Nevada, and earned a degree in journalism from the University of Oregon. She lived for a year in Oviedo, Spain, and five years in Adelaide, Australia. Prior to joining JLA in 2012, she worked in the marketing industry, specializing in sustainability and community engagement.

In her spare time, Jamie likes composting and vintage shopping. She is a citizen of the United States and Australia (and The World) and currently resides in the South Tabor neighborhood with her husband and two children.
