Jessica Pickul

Program Manager

Jessica Pickul, LEED AP, designs creative programs to engage community members in collaborative decision-making. She has supported stakeholder engagement processes on projects ranging in scope from statewide transportation corridor studies to community space redesign projects. Jessica provides high-level communications and outreach strategies, as well as on-the-ground implementation of public engagement tools, including facilitating meetings, preparing community presentations, creating print and electronic communications and delivering interactive events.

Jessica has a degree in Community Development from Portland State University and previously worked in commercial development in Chicago. On the weekends, Jessica can be found running along the riverfront or eating at one of Portland’s many food carts with her partner, Brady, and daughter, Piper.
