Award-winning best practices
JLA and the Portland Water Bureau are proud to receive an IAP2 Cascade Chapter Best Practices Award for the Washington Park Reservoirs Improvements Project. The project was recognized for successfully engaging interested and impacted stakeholders, resulting in meaningful input and broad-based support for both the designs and the process.
